Our team is currently executing a full-scale electrical infrastructure upgrade for GreenTech IT Park, including HT/LT panel installations, power cabling, earthing systems, and energy-efficient lighting integration across Blocks B & C. The project also involves implementing smart power management systems to enhance energy efficiency and reliability for over 40 IT firms operating within the premises. Expected completion: March 2026.

We are undertaking the complete electrical design, supply, and execution for Sunrise Luxury Residences, a 26-floor premium apartment tower. Scope of work includes internal & external wiring, load distribution, fire-safety electrical systems, backup power solutions, and EV charging infrastructure for residents. The project focuses on safety compliance, energy savings, and future-ready electrical installation standards.

Successfully completed the electrical works for Metro City Mall, covering mall-wide lighting systems, power distribution for 120+ retail stores, signage lighting, CCTV & security cabling, and centralized backup power integration. The project was delivered on schedule with high-efficiency lighting solutions, resulting in 30% energy savings for the facility.

We are presently engaged in the complete electrical installation for Oceanview Business Centre, a modern commercial complex featuring office spaces, retail outlets, and restaurants. The project scope includes HT panel setup, structured cabling, intelligent lighting controls, backup power systems, and energy-efficient solutions to support the building’s green certification goals. The work is progressing as per schedule, with completion targeted for July 2026.

Successfully completed the electrical infrastructure and automation setup for Apex Manufacturing Unit, including high-capacity transformers, MCC panels, control wiring, and PLC-based automation systems. The project emphasized safety, reliability, and process efficiency, resulting in improved production uptime and reduced energy consumption. Delivered within timeline and fully compliant with industry standards and safety norms.
